Our Story
Two flames, one table.
Atash («آتش») is the Persian word for fire — the same fire that sears our saffron chicken and beef kabobs over an open grill, and the same fire that simmers our Bolognese low and slow for hours.
We started ATASH because two cuisines we grew up loving — the smoky, herb-bright grills of Persian and Mediterranean cooking, and the comforting, garlic-and-olive-oil soul of Italian kitchens — had more in common than most people realized: fresh herbs, good olive oil, bread made for tearing, and food meant to be shared at a crowded table.
Every dish on our menu is made from scratch, in-house, daily — from our hand-rolled lasagna to our whipped hummus and our honey-soaked baklava. Cozy booths, warm light, and a menu built for the whole table, whatever anyone's diet looks like.

Amazing atmosphere and very friendly servers. The rice was buttery and the chicken and beef kabob had the perfect seasoning and was cooked to a perfect texture. I will definitely recommend!
I've been here several times with my family, and every visit has been excellent. The food is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with very generous portions—especially the kabobs. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. The hospitality truly stands out. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and makes you feel at home. The chicken kabab kobideh and other Persian/Iranian dishes are outstanding. I was also offered complimentary tea, which was a thoughtful touch. Both servers who helped us, Kawthar and Mehdy, provided excellent service. I highly recommend Atash and will definitely be coming back with friends and family.
Atash is one of the best Persian restaurants in the Dallas area! The food is authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. The ingredients are high quality, the portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented!
